A merchant is defined as the owner of a WebMoney.eu Merchant account accepting payments via the WebMoney.eu Merchant service. It is assumed that the merchant offers products and/or services for sale via the Internet, and therefore already has an existing website.
A customer is defined as an individual registered with the WebMoney.eu Merchant system that wishes to pay for products and/or services that the merchants sell via the Internet.
